The welcoming staff genuinely went above and beyond, providing assistance with warm smiles and ensuring my stay was as comfortable as possible. the complimentary breakfast was a delightful surprise, offering a wide array of delicious options that made it the perfect start to each day. The hotel's ideal location-just a short 10-minute walk from Termini-made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city, with excellent local dining options just steps away. I wholeheartedly recommend the Raeli for anyone seeking a clean, friendly, and accessible home base while enjoying the charms of Rome.
